We are looking for dedicated and responsible Customer Service professionals with fluent Norwegian/ Swedish or other Nordic language and English language for a significant, stable, international company in Prague to provide high-end customer care in a field of medical devices. You will have a chance to be part of a modern SSC and to participate in setting up processes and procedures.


- providing support to customers via phone and email

- handling product and service complaints and queries

- responsibility for correct order handling and customer data maintenance

- proving basic product support

- implementation of processes and procedures related to Customer Care

- promoting current campaigns and offers

- cooperation with sister companies


- 2-3 years of experience in customer service field

- fluent Norwegian/ Swedish and English

- knowledge of SAP is big advantage

- excellent communication skills and pro-client orientation

- computer skills

- sense of detail, positive attitude, stress resistance
