Cash Application Representative with German

Location: Prague

Full time permanent contract


We are looking for a new colleague to our international young team, who likes working with data and numbers, who has a responsible approach towards the job and who is able to concentrate on the detail. Responsibilities:

  • Accounting of different types of incoming payments, minimizing unapplied cash and unidentified balances
  • Administration of various bank accounts
  • Ensuring smooth work on projects in your scope
  • Take part in efforts to standardize processes
  • Get in touch with other departments of Johnson & Johnson as well as our clients
  • Monthly accounts reconciliation
  • Reporting and data analysis as necessary


Qualifications

  • Fluent English + communicative German (ability to handle the phone call)
  • Previous experience from finance – preferably cash application/accounts receivable/accounting
  • MS Excel on intermediate level (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF, etc.)
  • Orientation on detail, responsibility, analytical thinking
