  • The process starts with order entry, address, and name-checking, invoice processing, payment tracking, the process ends with payment for an order.
  • Customer care, arranging of new purchase orders
  • Problem-solving
  • Reports, analyses
  • Communication with clients via phone or email on a daily basis
  • Communication with colleagues from the whole world
  • Working in SAP and Oracle


  • Fluent English and Dutch (B2+), another foreign language is an advantage
  • Experience in finance is an advantage (AR, AP, Cash Collections, Billing Coordinator or similar position)
  • Personality traits: communicative, dutiful, customer care oriented
  • Basics of MS Office, primarily Excel
  • Permanent residence or work permit for CZ
