• Provide full professional support to our customers KLM and Air France within European markets? Check cargo orders and approve them?
• Answer questions from external agends regarding import, export, bookings or tracing of cargo?
• Handle booking e-mails, track calls?
• Use your French and English skills at work every day?

• Native or fluent speaker of French with an advanced level of English
• Strong communication skills
• Customer oriented attitude
• Ability to work under stress
• Professionality, personal responsibility, accuracy and organizational skills
• Advanced PC skills (MS Office)
