We are looking for specialist Buyer to be responsible for sourcing of Marketing Category within EMEA (Europe-Middle East-Africa region). You will be in daily touch with external suppliers, internal employees of Johnson & Johnson who would be your clients as well as with other colleagues in the team. You would be supporting buying of different marketing services comodity.

  • Manage full communication with suppliers of Johnson & Johnson - including sourcing event invitations, issue resolution, pricing terms negotiations or contracting
  • Engage with client – internal employees of Johnson & Johnson - to understand their needs and support them in achieving their targets
  • Focus on Marketing Category
  • Manage the purchase order process, RFI and RFP process - including approving the purchase requisition, selecting suppliers and verifying budget and contractual alignment
  • Perform supplier negotiations
  • Execute sourcing events, evaluate results, communicate with suppliers on quotes, interface with contracting

  • Fluent English spoken and written
  • Fluent knowledge of one or more of those languages is required: German or Dutch or French or Italian or Spanish or Portuguese or Swedish or Norwegian or Danish or Finish
  • At least 3 years of experience from procurement buying or sourcing
  • Experience or educational background within marketing is a big plus
  • Experience with SAP or Arriba is a plus
  • Personality wise we are expecting you to be independent, having responsible approach and ownership for your portfolio. We are looking for cooperative team member to the team with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Client focus is also very important for us.
