Business Development Representative for HPE with Turkish


  • Phone-call follow-up marketing campaigns 
  • Focusing on commercial customers (existing and prospect)
  • Email and social media campaigns to prospect and existing commercial clients
  • Profiling and the need to identify prospect companies and lead to support sales results
  • Maintain high quality leads and contacts, ensuring their input into the CRM systems
  • Nurture of existing leads and client's database
  • Sales and Marketing Department in Lead Generation Process
  • Daily work with databases from Country Marketing, Sales, Pre-sales teams for profiling, leads creation
  • New contacts creation in CRM
  • Report results to the Supervisor


  • Native Turkish and professional English (written and spoken)
  • Energetic, focused, goal-oriented personality
  • Keen interest in sales development
  • Good communication skills and interest in existing and prospective clients
  • Experience working on the phone
  • Enthusiastic about getting new people and the needs of the company
  • Basic knowledge of Office Package, usage of social media and phone conversation
  • Basic knowledge of IT environment and client portfolio
  • Telemarketing / Sales Experience is a plus
  • Valid work permit for EU
