POSITION:


Title: Business Development Manager

Reports to: Managing Director

Works in conjunction with: Marketing, Production and Operation Teams

MAIN DUTIES & TASKS:


As a business development manager, you'll identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow. Your work can involve careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or enhancing the operation of the business, position or reputation.


  • You will be responsible for researching the industry and determining qualified individuals to become our clients  
  • You will be responsible for generating sales revenue in line with agreed targets & company objectives
  • To become an expert in the field by relevant research and self-educating, to learn and understand our products
  • To work collectively with all members to grow your division
  • You will be required to ensure that the client is connected to other departments to finalize all aspects of the service provided
  • To maintain close relationships with clients, researching and recommending new opportunities     
  • You may be required to attend the international events, trainings and meet clients in person 


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Minimum 2 year experience in direct sales is required (call and email communication)
  • Excellent written and spoken English, native English preferred, other languages are a plus
  • Outstanding communication skills, ability to interact with people from different backgrounds & cultures
