We are seeking applicants with strong sales experience and a proven track record to reach and exceed targets, who are comfortable in a fast-paced and pressured environment. To be successful in this position, you must be: proactive with strong research skills, able to work well within a dynamic international team, be highly productive, presentable and have excellent communication and negotiating skills. Title: Business Development Executive

Reports to: Sales Director

Works in conjunction with: Sales, Production and Operations Teams

  • You will be responsible for researching the industry and determining qualified individuals to become our clients  
  • You will be responsible for contacting potential clients mainly via phone, as well as by email, proposing packages for delegate & speaker tickets and sponsor packages for our events, and negotiating terms
  • You will be responsible for generating sales revenue in line with agreed targets & company objectives
  • To become an expert in the field by relevant research and self-educating, to learn and understand the topics of the event  
  • To work collectively with all members to grow your division
  • You will be required to ensure that the client is connected to other departments to finalize all aspects of the service provided
  • To maintain close relationships with clients, researching and recommending new opportunities     
  • You may be required to attend the international events, meet clients in person 


  • Minimum 1 year experience in direct sales is required (call and email communication)
  • Excellent written and spoken English, native English preferred, other languages are a plus
  • Outstanding communication skills, ability to interact with people from different backgrounds & cultures
