We are a marketplace for buyers and sellers of used equipment. We connect hundreds of buyers and sellers internationally through our website Kitmondo.com, to help them close deals.


We are currently looking for a communicative, creative and enthusiastic person to join our young international team and manage complex international deals with buyers and sellers of used equipment.


What’s the mission


  • Engage with machinery buyers to understand their needs
  • Build relationships with the existing and new sellers on the marketplace
  • Proactively help buyers and sellers reach agreements to close deals
  • Source interesting offers based on buyers’ requirements
  • Manage international deals and auctions of used industrial equipment
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product managers to help improve the platform


What you should have

  • An excellent level of English (other languages are a plus)
  • Previous experience in Sales and/or Account Management
  • Excellent communication and verbal skills on the phone
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
  • An interest in the B2B world and industrial sector



Who you will be directly working with: 

  • Robin follows the ongoing sales on the marketplace and develops Kitmondo.com
  • Hana manages marketing campaigns for the auctioneers partnering with us
  • Marek updates our sellers’ accounts with new listings
  • Thomas oversees the development of the sellers base on the marketplace and the general strategy of the company.
  • Darya takes care of finances and human resources. She is here to provide any assistance needed during your integration
