Our client for this project is a leading provider of communications services connecting consumers and businesses through cloud-connected devices worldwide. Main Responsibilities

  • Answer calls and emails from customers who have technical issues with their hosted PBX system.
  • Able to work shifts between 09:00 - 21:00
  • Diagnose and resolve issues and problems with customer’s hosted system
  • Log all calls and emails into appropriate help desk system.
  • Escalate issues that can’t be solved by first level support
  • Handle customer inquiries both by phone and by email
  • Handle all billing
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Process orders, forms and applications

Your Profile

  • Native English speaker
  • Available to start immediately
  • Ability to analyse and solve problems
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally to all customers
  • TCP/IP computer networking understanding (Broadband/DSL/WAN/LAN knowledge understanding is an advantage)
  • Experience in telephony cloud technologies
  • PBX/IP experience is an advantage
