We are looking for a German native speaker to join our team of Business Analysts in Prague!

mgm has been developing web applications for more than 25 years. We focus on eCommerce, Insurance and eGovernment.

Join our international team in Prague and help us build a solid cooperation between the customer and our development teams!


Your tasks

  • Consulting, analysis, and validation of software project requirements based on customer’s business processes.
  • Preparation of requirement tickets for the development.
  • Communication and collaboration with the customer and the development team.
  • Analysis of production issues reported by the customer.
  • Creation and consequent maintenance of project documentation.
  • Preparation and maintenance of software test specifications and plans.
  • Software testing, issue reporting and tracking.

What you should bring

  • Excellent German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Analytical mind with a sense for details.
  • Ability to describe problems and articulate them accurately.
  • Understanding and interest in IT technologies.
  • Very good skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Being a team player with structured approach and excellent communication skills.
  • Stress resistant, self-driven personality with enthusiasm to improve quality.
  • Ability to describe problems and articulate them accurately.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks and deliver according to the deadliKnowledge of UML, BPMN or SQL is an advantage.
