GBS Audience Acquisition provides marketing support to Accenture M+C globally, managing the audience acquisition and client engagement processes for Noteworthy and Tier 1 client events and programs. Audience Acquisition work with Event Management and M+C teams cross Markets and Industries to effectively manage audience acquisition, internal communications and email marketing, database & response management, legal and compliance, client engagement, meeting management, and onsite support.

Role & Responsibilities

Support Program leads in the Audience Acquisition team to effectively manage the client nomination, invitation, and registration process for Noteworthy and Tier 1 global events and conferences.  

  • Client Nomination Database Management: coordination of client and audience database / lists, ongoing management of client database using customized event tools (i.e. Cvent) and MMS, Excel, Teams etc.
  • RSVP & response Management: Monitor and manage shared mailbox traffic relating to client events / program, track & report.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Event reporting, regular and ad hoc as required including GDPR, legal / policy 0150, and post event client acquisition reporting, analysis & data clean.
  • Email Marketing: Salesforce / MMS campaign management in conjunction with Cvent, ongoing management / monitoring of event campaigns, reporting and ensuring data quality and best practice in Salesforce / CRM database.

General event & marketing support as required for successful Accenture events, working with wider GBS and M+C teams.

  • Strong database management & MS Office skills
  • Communication skills – oral / written - English language
  • Event support experience (beneficial / not required)
  • Excellent attention to detail and focus on accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively with a global team
