Your new company:

For our client that is currently undergoing a new transition wave of accounting processes to Prague, we are seeking for experienced AP Team Leader that would lead transition and build up a team.

Your new role:

The role of the new team leader will be to manage new wave of transitions from Germany to Prague SSC. The person will manage smaller team (app. 5 people) and help them to manage the transition, settle down the processes, run series of process improvements etc. The manager will be the main point of escalations and will communicate on various business levels.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor degree in finance/economics/accounting
  • fluent German and English
  • experience in people management/leadership
  • knowledge of AP processes
  • knowledge of SAP
  • stress resistance
  • multitasking skills
  • experience in working with transitions is preferred
