What are you going to do?
* assisting passengers of airline companies over the phone/via email
* offer support by booking new flight tickets, flight changes, providing general information, processing compensations/refunds, taking care about luggage claims
What do we require?
* Native or fluent level of Italian language
* Advanced level of English
* Willingness to communicate and help customers
* Professionalism, accuracy, punctuality and responsibility
