Are you a good communicator who likes to work with people? Our Admissions Specialists are responsible for recruiting potential students to Prague College, and working with and guiding applicants through the admissions process.


This role requires the post-holder to have high interpersonal and organisational skills to proactively work within the admissions team and interact in a meaningful way with other members of the college.


Overall responsibilities include:

  • recruiting new, progressing and returning students 
  • working with the communications & marketing team to support current marketing strategy 
  • contributing to the analysis, setting and realization of targets on a programme-by-programme basis
  • working to recruit across all channels (internet, fairs, partnerships, school visits, agents, etc)
  • contributing to the process of collection, analysis and presentation of recruitment, retention and returning student data
  • communication with authorities, embassies, foreign police, Ministry of Interior, local schools and student accommodation providers


Required Skills and Experience

  • High level communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner
  • Advanced or Native-level English skills required
  • Czech or other language competencies an asset, but not required
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to create and develop teamwork environments
  • Problem seeking and solving mindset
  • Attentive to detail
  • Knowledge of working in an international academic environment a plus, as is experience working with Czech visa applications
  • Passion for higher education
