what will you do

• provide administrative and basic technical support to the client's employees

• use English and German a lot - mostly written but also spoken form of communication (emails, ticketing system and occasional phone calls)

• pass more complex issues to the 2nd level of support

•    good English and German (B2)

•    at least high school education
