Administrative Assistant Novartis, Prague, Czech Republic 


FRA Operations strives to achieve operational excellence through standardization and simplification across financial processes, systems and data, to drive continuous improvement across Novartis. We deliver cross-divisional financial reporting and accounting services, financial compliance and process expertise. FRA Operations provides efficient, effective, reliable and compliant transactional processing that meets quality and business requirements. Being part of NBS and FRA Operations in the Novartis Global Service Center (NGSC) in Prague, gives you the opportunity to build an important component of the global FRA Operations organization and shape our future. As the Administrative Expert, you will be responsible for the delivery of administrative and operational services to the Head FRA Operations NGSC Prague, respective direct reports and their teams. You will independently take care of general administrative tasks and maintain the administrative processes also in the absence of the line manager or team members. Furthermore, you will proactively seek and support the optimization of current processes and/or the introduction of new or modified processes to provide best administrative support to the team.


Your Responsibilities: 


Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Administrative tasks including: 

• Travel organization 

• Calendar maintenance 

• Meeting planning and coordination 

• Writing up correspondence 

• Managing expense claims 

• General ad-hoc support 

• Administrative projects / support for one-time events


You’ll receive:

Minimum requirements


What you’ll bring to the role: 

• Experience in Administration ( administrative support of Senior Manager or Team of people, event management)

• Mature personality, independent person

• Excellent English ( you will support Senior Managers based in Switzerland)
