Siemens Mobility Shared Service Centers in the Czech Republic are part of the global Siemens Mobility organization with 29 000 employees and provide their customers with services in finance, accounting, reporting, controlling and purchasing. There is around 200 employees in our Shared Services Centers, namely in the Czech Republic, Portugal and India. The largest center is located in our country, where our employees in Prague and Ostrava provide services in 19 world languages. We are currently looking for Accounts Payable Specialist to join our 15-member international team in Prague.


In this role your responsibilities will be: 


  • Processing received invoices in SAP
  • Assigning an invoice to created orders
  • Checking the accuracy of the invoice data
  • Preparation of documents for starting a payment run
  • Communication with the customers (our colleagues in different branches) via phone or email on daily basis
  • Responsibility for correct monthly/quarterly/yearly closing activities
  • Introduction of new processes


What should you have:


  • High school/university degree ideally in economics, finance or accounting
  • Advanced level in English and Turkish
  • Interest in accounting
  • Accounting experiences or knowledge of accounting principles would be a big plus
  • Experience in SAP would be a big plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs (mainly Excel)
  • Customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure
  • Very good communication skills
  • Pro-activity, responsibility and punctuality
  • Time flexibility and team player spirit
