GuideVision is hiring! We are looking for someone who can organise his time to be able to serve our customers in the US and Australia, is detail-oriented, precise, customer focused and communicative. The main purpose of the job is to maintain contracts and licenses of our clients, help them to solve issues and support the relationship as well as finalizing sales process of SnowMirror licences to existing clients. This role is suitable for full-time as well as part-time candidates. We are looking for an Account Operations Specialist.

Account Operations Specialist

 

Main Responsibilities and Challenges:

·        Communication with clients regarding renewals in contracts

·        Resolving clients' comments and requirements with our management or company's lawyer

·        Administration of concluded contracts based on agreed changes

·        Archivation of documents

·        One or two times a year, a business trip during technology meetings abroad

Based on your abilities and training speed, you will be gradually involved in acquiring new clients as well. Since some of our clients are foreign, you need to be flexible – a skype meeting or phone call in the evening with US or Australian clients is nothing unusual.

 

Your profile should look like:

·        Perfect knowledge of spoken and written English

·        A certain amount of time flexibility

·        Precision and sense of detail

·        Mature communication skills and partner client approach

·        High level of text interpretation - ability to pinpoint the essentials

·        Independent and an active approach to this work

·        MS Office user knowledge
