We are looking for a “hunter” who will help us to take care of a German speaking region (Austria especially) to gain some new Avast partners and customers in SMB area. From that reason is fluency in German necessary. Nice to have would be some sales experience but we are also open to a fresh graduate who is sales oriented and who can learn a L-O-T here.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct calls with Named Partners and Accounts, setting up those appointments proactively, to systematically inform them about Avast Business products & solutions, partner certification requirements, Promotions & Incentives, segmenting the list of accounts to identify which ones to engage with for which products, using the Partner Mapping framework from the Sales Datamart
- Cooperation with regional in-country account teams
- Ensure a seamless process and act as the single point of contact to these named partner accounts in case of escalating issues to Tech Support & Finance
- Leverage material from Account Sales Marketing Team to create “end customer demand generation”, enter in SalesForce (Account, Contacts, Tasks, Opportunities, Funnel Management)
- Provide input to Sales Manager/Director for Weekly Commit, based on his/her forecast in Salesforce
Requirements:
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken) is necessary
- Basic understanding of the IT industry
- Great communication skills and ability to build trust with the customers
- Basic understanding and ability to communicate the strengths of the company's offerings, and overcome objections
- Ability to sell company offerings by building a strong relationships and promoting the company's strengths and values
- Partners effectively with others to ensure coordinated, efficient account management
- Proactive approach and ability to work very independently (after the necessary training of course)
