I am calling all IT Support enthusiasts who would like to prove themselves and work their way through to other interesting IT departments or higher positions!


Our client, a stable worldwide company active in the international hotel business, is looking forward to growing their team of the IT Support Specialists in Prague. We are looking for you if you are already experienced in the IT Support (1st level) and have the drive to learn more, provide high-quality service and develop further (horizontally or vertically). The client is offering a lot more IT challenges than you might think! You will get the chance to work your way through to the other departments such as System administration, IT security, IT analytics, Voice & Network engineering etc.


So, what we need from you is the following:


- Relevant experience in the IT Support (PC/printers/phones, IT infrastructure)

- Very good command of English to support your colleagues across the EMEA region

- Willingness to work shifts (6AM-11PM) on a weekly rotation basis

- A desire to learn more, find a better solution, push your knowledge and skills limit


And what you will do:


- Support your colleagues across the EMEA region by helping them to resolve their IT issues and enhance the quality of the IT infrastructure (HW, SW, business apps etc.)

- Resolve the 1st and 2nd level issues according to the high-quality company standards

- Communicate with your colleagues via phone and e-mail in order to resolve the issues effectively

- Have a lot of fun meeting your international colleagues and learning from them

- Put a great company name on your CV and grow
