Web Content Administrator

Brief description

Join Kuoni Tumlare’s Digital Team where you will take responsibility for the management of content across all our organisation’s websites under the supervision of the Web Product Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As Web Content Administrator, you’ll need to:

  • Manage web content via the CMS (loading, updating, removing, organising)

  • Audit content on a regular basis to ensure meets quality standards

  • Maintain and organise cloud-based web content repository

  • Create and maintain various templates/content masters

  • Test user functionality of new websites/webpages

  • Coordinate and organise web content with various internal stakeholders globally

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 – 4 years of relevant work experience (content management systems, content management, managing large volumes of data)

  • Proficient written and verbal English (C1 or native speaker)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Solid basic knowledge of HTML

  • Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail

  • Prioritisation and time management skills

  • Proactivity, for spotting and flagging potential content related issues and data inconsistencies

  • An active interest in digital tools and technologies

  • A friendly and open personality
