Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Job Opening: Recruitment Consultant in Prague, Czech Republic

Important: Relocation to Prague is required; this position is entirely on-site.

We are currently looking for a talented Recruitment Consultant for a valued client in Prague. Our client, a well-established and progressive organisation, continues to use its extensive expertise to provide forward-looking solutions and add value for its clients.

As a Recruitment Consultant in Prague, you will:

• Managing the entire recruitment process, from talent identification to client placement.

• Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract specialists in the ICT, chemical and paramedical sectors.

• Contact potential employers and develop new customer relationships in various sectors.

• Screening CVs, conducting job interviews and preparing candidates for their client interviews.

• Work with internal teams and clients, advising on labour market trends, salaries and recruitment strategies.

• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients and act as a trusted partner for both parties.

• Managing the entire recruitment process, from talent identification to client placement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.

• Up to 2 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in the ICT, chemical or paramedical sector.

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and/or French.

• Ability to maintain quality under pressure and be solution-oriented.

• Proactive with strong negotiation skills and a commercial attitude.
