We are a rapidly growing company, looking for a Telesales Specialist to join our team in the heart of Prague.
Reach Out by Phone: Call hotels and other businesses across Europe to introduce our digital tipping solution.
Schedule Digital Meetings: Book and coordinate online presentations/demos to showcase the benefits of SmartTips.cz.
Manage Leads: Nurture potential clients through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closing deals.
Collaborate: Work closely with our sales and account management teams to refine outreach strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
Meet Targets: Achieve set KPIs (number of calls, meetings scheduled, deal closures).
Language Skills:
English at a professional working level (required)
Additional European languages (huge advantage)
Communication: Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales Experience: Previous telesales or sales support experience preferred.
Proactive Mindset: Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Flexibility: Work schedule can accommodate fewer days/week if needed, as long as targets are met.
Competitive Compensation: CZK 50,000 - 70,000
