As the Technical Account Manager you will be a part of the European Polyethylene Chemicals Sales Organization. Your main responsibility will be to take care of existing customers in the region, grow with technical development and provide necessary support to the organization in terms of price process. Your main responsibilities will be: 

•    Coordination between ExxonMobil European Chemical Headquarter and local customers
•    Identify customers needs and bring technical knowledge
•    Searching for new opportunities
•    Responsible for customers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia 
•    Establish business in other countries in the East Europe Region (included Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria)
•    Monitor customer orders inflow
•    Handle price communications to  customers
•    Help to solve pricing and invoicing issues
•    Help answering customer's questions
•    Collect and share market intelligence, industry and customers insight on the C360 platform


  • Minimum Bachelor degree in chemistry or a technical field of study

  • English, Czech and Slovak language. Hungarian would be an advantage

  • Driving license B and willingness to travel 

  • Experience in the B2B commercial field, ideally in sales of technical products will be an advantage

  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a global organization, with a functional supervisor outside of the Czech Republic

  • Problem solver, capable to handle and solve urgency situations

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Good negotiator

  • Sound business judgment

  • Collaborative, good team member

  • Analytical skills

  • Strong Excel skills 

  • Well organized

  • Ability to work in an international team
