This is what you will do
Support Talent Acquisition delivery for multiple global clients as TA expert, developing the TA capability in the center and in the region, identifying process gaps and working on process continuous improvements using TA expertise and deep understanding of the recruitment process.
Work with business lead, process owners SMEs to assess capabilities and identify high level user requirements and work with project managers, architects and SMEs to define metrics and performance goals for the process.
Support development initiatives and upskilling programs through material improvements.
Support projects in need in hyper care work as crisis manager advisory to support team and stabilization.
This is what you already have
5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition process
Experience in operations or service delivery
2 people management experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft suite applications
Experienced user of Excel data analysis reporting
HR software applicant tracking system recruitment
Good communication written and oral and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and adaptability to a changing work environment
English potential use of Czech, Danish, Hungarian, Dutch, Russian, French or German
