Join our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) team partnering with various stakeholder groups to create effective hiring strategies for current and/or forecasted vacancies. As a trusted, consultative partner, you will recruit for roles at all levels and be the “go to” person for assistance in your team. Your strong process skills, and creative sourcing techniques will ensure success and growth of the account.

Providing high-touch relationship management, customer focus and responsiveness in both client and candidate facing activities, you will consultatively manage the end-to-end recruitment process whilst being a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.

Accountabilities:

  • Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates and/or building talent pools for current and future requirements

  • Use competency-based interview questions to identify and differentiate candidates in presentation and short-list process

  • Candidate Relationship Management

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies & channels to build relevant talent pools. 

  • Assess candidate suitability with regards to skills and fit for the business and area

  • Effectively communicate position opportunities and client value propositions

  • Manage all candidates effectively throughout recruitment process

  • Client Relationship Management

  • Responsible for day-to-day interaction with client/HR business partners in a timely, professional, and responsive manner, always striving to deliver outstanding service

  • Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies

  • Lead client briefings or partner with client HR business partners to understand job requirements, provide input, develop, and implement sourcing strategies to identify candidates matching client requirements

  • Develop a deep understanding of your assigned business units and region

  • Process Management & Sourcing

  • Follow agreed client recruitment process for recruitment delivery

  • Manage candidate expectations and ensure timely and constructive feedback

 Skills & Experience:

  • MUST be able to speak, read, and write fluent English + other European language is a big advantage (German, Dutch..)

  • The full legal right to work in the EU now and in the future without any form of work visa/authorization sponsorship

  • Minimum of 3-4 years full-cycle recruitment experience (for a Sr. Recruiter)

  • Experience recruiting for various areas (IT, sales, Supply chain, admin, tech..)

  • Involvement in projects outside of day-to-day delivery, D&I, Continuous Improvement, mentorship, and senior level exec hiring

  • Demonstrated capability to set and manage client expectations through the recruitment process; identify continuous improvement opportunities and be an advisor to client

  • Demonstrated capability with applicant tracking systems, updating records and information, ensuring system integrity and accuracy of client reporting and analytics
