JOB DESCRIPTION
- manage logistics related to customer order processing
- coordinate with sales staff, dispatchers, customer service representatives, warehouse staff, and shipping/receiving teams
- answer customer inquiries and investigate complaints regarding services and policies
- input, update, and consolidate ETA/shipping data and send to appropriate business units
- analyze customer load information to determine and verify appropriate routes, rates, and schedules
- coordinate shipment schedules with vendors
- receive direction and support for task execution
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- English at a communicative level
- Good communication skills
- Ability to solve different problems
- collaboration skills and ability to manage cross-functional interfaces
