Sales Representative

We are happy and excited to announce a new position within our NGO.  We are looking for an experienced sales person. The applicant should be enthusiastic and determined to meet sales targets whilst upholding our company values of empowering, integrity, nurture, and gratitude. The position offers an attractive commission. 

The applicant will be required to oversee all activities relating to sales of our two products; Wellbeing Membership Programme for Businesses and English and Yoga activity days in Schools. For more information about our products, please visit our website.

• Lead Generation

• Understanding and promoting company programs.

• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

• Giving sales presentations to prospective clients.

• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.

• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

• Maintaining client records.

  The profit from all sales will be used to provide employment of Ukrainian specilaists working in our Centre where we give free services to Ukrainian refugess.

Targets and commission - Minimun (paid monthly)

Business Membership Programme

24 businesses per year - several leads already generated.

Commission is 11% = 224,400 czk per year for 24 sales

The success of 30 memberships will provide an extra bonus payment of 24,400 czk over and above the 11% commission = 301,600 per year.

Schools English and Yoga activity day

This activity day is paid for by parents at 100czk per child. Your responsibility is to organise the events with the schools for a minimum of 300 children per day, per school.

70 Schools per year - Commission is 11% = 231,000 approx per year

The success of 100 schools per year will provide an extra bonus of 23,100 czk = 353,100 czk per year.

The successful applicant will have

• Experience in sales.

• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

• Speak English and Czech at B2+/C1 level.

• A commitment to excellent customer service.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and colleagues.

• Passionate about achieving goals.

• Business Licence to work in Czech Republic.

• An interest or experience in the field of wellbeing would be beneficial and passion for self development would be ideal.
