Job Summary:

We are looking for a senior Sales Manager with a deep knowledge of a specific market area(s) or an industry where they will be responsible for developing opportunities, as well as generating new business sales based on their already existing contacts and business networks. The ideal candidate will be able to define a market penetration strategy to ensure sales and profit growth. This role requires a blend of customer relations, sales, project management and consulting skills and it is a great opportunity for an experienced and driven sales professional who enjoys challenges in a fast-moving, continually developing SaaS business.


Create and build profitable and successful relationships with clients in the specific market area.

Develop and maintain sales pipelines, engagement strategies, and opportunity tracking processes.

Proactively identifying opportunities to increase the use of the Spinoco platform and its features in assigned accounts.

Offering and presenting  new Spinoco functionalities and solutions.

Managing customer relationships and expectations to maximize customer value and satisfaction.

Conducting regular business updates to clients’ key stakeholders.

Managing and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Daily communication with our international customers.

Key requirements: 

Proven track record of successful experience in B2B sales.

Minimum 3 years of software/SaaS or similar solutions sales experience 

Strong sales, prospecting and business development skills with a high level of attention to detail in written and verbal communications.

Ability to create a good mix of lead generation and nurturing existing relationships with key accounts.

Strong customer service skills with focus on listening to the customer.

Ability to create and foster customer loyalty.

Self-directive and proactive attitude.

Experience from the IT/Telco industry is an advantage.
