Product Coordinator

What You’ll Do

As a Project Coordinator, you'll be involved in the full lifecycle of product creation — from concept to delivery. You will:

• Facilitate and support the creation of detailed travel products in line with company standards.

• Track timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks to ensure successful product delivery.

• Communicate updates clearly and consistently to stakeholders and product team members.

• Assist team members with tasks as needed, contributing to an efficient and collaborative workflow.

• Coordinate with local and international vendors to negotiate and confirm services such as accommodation, transportation, guides, meals, and activities.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the operational phase, ensuring their expectations are understood and met.

• Adapt itineraries and services based on client feedback or last-minute changes, maintaining a high level of flexibility and responsiveness.

• Document all confirmed services and maintain organized records for internal use and team work.

• Uphold the company’s commitment to exceptional service.

What You Bring

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

• Native or fluent in Spanish is a must.

• Experience in client service, sales, and/or operations in Tourism is a plus.

• Impeccable organizational skills and a natural ability to prioritize.

• Razor-sharp attention to detail — you notice the small things that others miss.

• A genuine comfort with numbers and calculations (budgets, margins, etc.).

• A willingness to learn new digital tools and systems — and enjoy doing it.

• A positive, proactive attitude and strong team spirit.
