What You’ll Do
As a Project Coordinator, you'll be involved in the full lifecycle of product creation — from concept to delivery. You will:
Facilitate and support the creation of detailed travel products in line with company standards.
Track timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks to ensure successful product delivery.
Communicate updates clearly and consistently to stakeholders and product team members.
Assist team members with tasks as needed, contributing to an efficient and collaborative workflow.
Coordinate with local and international vendors to negotiate and confirm services such as accommodation, transportation, guides, meals, and activities.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the operational phase, ensuring their expectations are understood and met.
Adapt itineraries and services based on client feedback or last-minute changes, maintaining a high level of flexibility and responsiveness.
Document all confirmed services and maintain organized records for internal use and team work.

What You Bring
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
Native or fluent in Spanish is a must.
Experience in client service, sales, and/or operations in Tourism is a plus.
Impeccable organizational skills and a natural ability to prioritize.
Razor-sharp attention to detail — you notice the small things that others miss.
A genuine comfort with numbers and calculations (budgets, margins, etc.).
A willingness to learn new digital tools and systems — and enjoy doing it.
A positive, proactive attitude and strong team spirit.
