Junior Sales Manager - Leisure Boat Market

Since 2012 we distribute the most sophisticated pleasure boat anchor ever made across the European market and supply the biggest and most known shipyards in the industry such as Sunseeker, Princess, Ferretti, Riva, Pershing etc.

We are looking for 2-3 Junior Sales Representative's with a natural talent for communication and sales who are driven and attracted to work on a commission-only basis that will allow him/her to make as much money as he/she manages. But the best of all, offering a truly amazing product which is far ahead of any competition in terms of performance, quality, and design. It is really a dream-product for any salesperson. 

He/She will create a tandem with our experienced Sales Manager with experience in this industry who oversees the market in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Croatia or Greece. He will provide full support, guidance, and supervision to maximize the cooperation. 

Do you think you can convince us you are the right person for the job? 

To give a rough idea, based on our statistics and estimations a person on this position should be able to generate in the first year an annual turnover of about 400 000 EUR (ex. VAT) which would result in approx. 31 800 EUR own annual commission and about 9 000 EUR overall annual commission (all commissions are paid gross). Please note these are only rough estimations and all is subject to actual performance of the sales person.

Our average annual growth (since 2015) is about 30%. The market saturation is still in single digits. A lot of potential ahead of us.
