Hey, we’re Dubrink! We're looking for an International Account Manager (German)

Dubrink is a fast-growing startup (at the moment 7FTE) founded by two Dutch entrepreneurs, with its headquarters in the vibrant heart of Prague. That’s where our core team works, but we’re not limited to one city - our people (and partners) are spread across borders, just like the international market we serve.

Dubrink is where IT software meets customs and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) solutions. At the core of our work is the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), a relatively new EU regulation. It might not sound sexy, but trust us - it’s a game-changer. This regulation will directly or indirectly affect us all.

We’ve built one of the leading platforms that automates the entire CBAM process. Already, over 1200 companies are connected to Dubrink. We’re looking for a driven, ambitious International Account Manager to help us grow. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Identifying and reaching out to new clients in Austria and Germany - and the rest of the world

  • Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients

  • Representing Dubrink at trade shows across Europe

  • Tackling marketing and sales projects with creativity and enthusiasm

You'll deal with large importers and multinationals. We value self-starters - people who don’t wait for orders but see opportunities, take ownership, and move fast. And if you take them, your bonus will reflect that success.

What we look for

  • Fluent German (additional languages are a plus!)

  • A knack for building relationships and selling

  • Motivation and a hunger to learn - we’ll teach you the rest!

  • Comfortable with cold calling and organized follow-ups
