ICON is looking for motivated sales professionals with fluent English to join this new team and drive success in the world of digital transformation with potential new prospects. The role is to manage a steady supply of high-quality new business opportunities for the client. We are looking for presentable, motivated and driven professionals to demonstrate your sales techniques in gaining new prospects and exceeding targets. At times you may be required to communicate with customers virtually via video chat, so we’d love you to bring your smile!
Main Responsibilities
Outbound calling both warm and cold leads
Demonstrate the benefits of the solution and set clients up with a free trial
Communicate effectively and professionally with leads and prospects
Demonstrate demos to prospects by showcasing the solution using virtual communication tools
Update and manage CRM software with lead data
Communicate effectively and professionally with all stakeholders
Focus on continually achieving and exceeding targets
Sales & Customer Care Skills
Relevant soft sales/B2B activity in a similar role is an advantage
Retail and customer care experience is an advantage
Able to articulate and demonstrate the features and benefits of the client’s product
Able to demonstrate the service via telephone and virtual mediums to potential prospects
Articulate the service benefits and commercial aspects of the solution
Become a service expert
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Generate new business by using selling techniques to drive success
Key Competencies
Interest in virtual communications and technology
Basic IT skills are a requirement (understanding what is AI technology, applications, video chat etc.)
Experience with CRM software is an advantage
Competent understanding of Microsoft 365
Self-motivated, team player that shares insight and knowledge
Ability to develop and build long-term relationships with clients
English language skills, both written and spoken
