As we enter our next stage of growth, we're looking for a senior marketing leader to own how travelers discover, understand, and engage with our brand.
As Head of Growth & Brand Strategy, you'll lead the entire marketing function and play a central role in shaping the future of the company.
You'll be responsible for both strategic direction and execution, ensuring that every marketing initiative contributes to sustainable growth, stronger brand positioning, and increased customer acquisition.

You'll also oversee our PPC manager and ensure paid and organic efforts work together as part of a unified growth strategy.

Own our visibility across traditional search and emerging AI-driven discovery platforms.
You will:
Develop and execute SEO and AEO strategies
Build topical authority across key travel categories
Improve visibility in Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI search environments
Increase organic traffic, rankings, citations, and qualified leads
Design scalable content operations that combine AI efficiency with editorial quality.
You will:
Build and optimize AI-assisted content workflows
Develop systems for large-scale content production and maintenance
Ensure content maintains depth, accuracy, and brand voice
Use performance data to continuously improve output
Lead customer acquisition efforts across channels.
You will:
Oversee our PPC manager
Align paid and organic acquisition strategies
Analyze funnel performance and attribution data
Improve conversion rates and acquisition efficiency
Make data-driven decisions based on business outcomes
Help shape how sophisticated travelers perceive and experience our brand.
You will:
Refine brand messaging and market positioning
Strengthen trust and differentiation
Ensure consistency across channels and customer touchpoints
Translate traveler psychology into effective marketing strategies
Within your first 12 months, you'll help us:
Increase qualified inbound travel inquiries
Expand our visibility in both traditional and AI-powered search
Build scalable content and growth systems
Improve marketing measurement and attribution
Strengthen our position as a premium European travel brand
You have deep, hands-on expertise in SEO and AI-driven search
You understand how search is changing in the era of ChatGPT and answer engines
You're highly analytical and comfortable working with performance metrics, attribution, and funnel data
You can build scalable AI-assisted content systems
You have experience leading agencies, freelancers, or marketing specialists
You understand both brand building and performance marketing
You think strategically but enjoy execution
You have strong commercial instincts and can connect marketing efforts to business growth
