Imagine helping travelers embark on once-in-a-lifetime journeys to Antarctica, the Galápagos or the Arctic — while working in a supportive, international team right here in Prague. As a Guest Experience Specialist at HX, you’ll play an essential role in making these unforgettable expeditions happen.

We’re looking for a passionate, detail-oriented German speaker to join our international Guest Excellence team. You’ll assist our guests from booking through travel, solving inquiries, making changes, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes — so they can fully enjoy their expedition.

Depending on your strengths and preferences, you may specialize in different areas such as bookings, fulfilment, groups, or after-travel support.

What you’ll do:

• Support guests with bookings, changes, questions, and requests by phone, email, and chat.

• Coordinate group offers, contracts, and collaborate with sales teams.

• Handle invoicing, manifests, documentation, and other travel administration.

• Work with internal teams and external partners to solve irregular situations.

• Step in during ad-hoc projects and emergency support when needed.

• Follow clear processes and escalate complex cases when necessary.

What we’re looking for:

• Native/Fluent German and English (C1+).

• Previous experience in customer service, travel, hospitality or similar fields is a plus.

• Strong communication skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.

• Detail-oriented, organized, able to multitask and prioritize.

• A great team player who enjoys a dynamic international environment.

• CRM experience (Salesforce knowledge is a plus).

• Knowledge of Amadeus or booking systems is welcome, but not required.
