English Tutor for Children in Prague 6, Dejvice

We are seeking a fluent English-speaking tutor who is passionate about fostering the growth of young minds through engaging activities and daily interaction. A tutor who can weave English organically into the everyday lives of our children, ages 3, 6, and 7, leveraging play, daily routines, and cultural outings as tools for language development. The children have established a foundation with one day per week of English exposure in kindergarten. The ideal candidate will be adept in facilitating language acquisition through engaging experiences and conversation, aligning with our values of respectful, child-focused education.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English with exceptional verbal communication skills.

• Educational background in teaching, with TEFL certification or similar experience in instructing children preferred.

• A creative and dynamic approach to learning, focusing on interactive and experiential learning methods.

• Possession of a valid driver's license for various activities and outings.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in two sessions per week (Tuesdays and Sundays, from 3 pm to 7 pm) or as mutually arranged, to enrich the children’s English language abilities.

• Naturally incorporate English into conversations and activities that align with the children's daily routines.

• Plan and conduct educational excursions in Prague, stimulating language practice in real-life contexts.
