Marketing Specialist & Copywriter

Become an important part of our small marketing team. You'll be in charge of our external and internal marketing content, and communications and help develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels. Your work includes researching the market, analyzing trends to help define the organization's marketing strategy, and providing advice as to how to best reach the target market.

What your working day will look like in Neeco 💻

• Managing and developing the Marketing plan.

• Responsible for creating content and editing original copy ensuring that it is accurate, consistent, and meets company needs and deadlines.

• Developing market strategies that deliver client growth and strengthen the company brand.

• Collaborating, developing, and implementing B2B (digital) marketing campaigns.

• Ensuring that all Marketing activities are in line with central brand principles.

• Cooperation with internal departments and learning about their activities to generate content for the ICT sector.

• Responsible for external PR & media monitoring.

• Participating in social/digital community management and generating social calendars, overviews, and writing social posts.

• Prioritizing deliverables in the marketing team to optimize the use of the marketing budget to drive ROI.

• Leveraging data and customer insights to make decisions and inform campaigns.

• Research client industries and topics to inform clear, confident content.

You're the right one, if you have 👌

• Advanced level of English language (C1/C2 level or an equivalent); at least basic knowledge of Czech language would be an advantage)

• Experience in PR and copywriting for digital marketing and customer-facing content (copywriting in ICT industry or related field would be an advantage)

• Expertise in social media management and engagement.
