Customer Service - EN+Greek - part-time (405CZK/h)

We are looking for candidates for the positions of a part-time Procurement Agent/Customer Service Agent for our client, the international outsourcing company Accenture. Fluent Greek (B2) is required.

This offer is suitable for students and graduates of universities with background in economics.

Job description:

- handling queries from client business users
- communication via email and telephone with customers
- providing resolution of queries/issues raised via standard ticket request via email

- managing and performing purchase requisitions
- communication with managers and supervisers about the functionality of the system and recommending updates
- providing purchase orders to suppliers
- ad hoc administrative tasks

Requirements:

- procurement and analytical background (advantage)

- Greek - communicative (B2)

- bachelor degree

- experience with Ariba (advantage)

- basic knowledge of MS Office
- English level B2
- interest in long-term co-operation until July 2023
- flexibility - 20hours/week (Mon-Fri)
- the ideal candidate is organised, communicative, detail-oriented and professional
