We are looking for dedicated and responsible Customer Service professionals with Dutch and English language for a significant, stable, international company in Prague to provide high-end customer care in a field of medical devices. - providing support to customers via phone and email
- handling product and service complaints and queries
- responsibility for correct order handling and customer data maintenance
- proving basic product support and advisory
- implementation of processes and procedures related to Customer Care
- promoting current campaigns and offers
- cooperation with sister companies
- current experience in customer service (ideally from SSC or similar))
- fluent Dutch and English
- knowledge of SAP is big advantage
- excellent communication skills and pro-client orientation
