And right now, we're looking for an experienced BDR to join our Sales team (which is our second largest team - 26 people in total!!) who is already familiar with the tech industry and is determined to try something new. So, do you see yourself in it? Then read on!
What can you expect in this position?
Prospecting and business development - you'll be finding and reaching out to new customers in markets we know that work for us. π
Working with a high-end tech stack (AI, automation, data) - we'll teach you how to do it! π€
Research and prepare prospectuses according to ICP. β
Reaching out and explaining why we're the best choice for potential clients - well, once you've created the opportunit, you pass it on to your AM teammates and go to the 1st meeting together.
Outbound only - no inbound leads, we go all out! π
Lots of calls π - because it works for us. βοΈ
What do we expect from a new person?
Experience in a BDR role in tech/SaaS - we're looking for someone who is comfortable in this role and is committed to continuing to grow in this industry. π
Consistency - we are looking for stability. π
MEDPICC - if you don't know, we'll teach you. π‘
English at a super level, ideally German as well.
Healthy sense of humor - we like people who can make fun of others, but also of themselves.
