We are looking for Customer Service Representative to our Customer Service team in Prague. The team consists of professionals supporting our imaging business customers and working together with sales teams across regions. Customer Service Representative is a key element in all administrative processes of the Customer Service Department in order to provide the best customer experience and to ensure that our company is a reliable, professional and responsible partner for all its customers.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Order handling of Imaging devices and spare parts.
Pre-handling of orders, verification of prices, discounts and product configurations.
Entering sales and purchase orders and creating device configurations in ERP.
Confirmation of delivery times for the customer and monitoring of delivery times.
Handling of phone calls at Customer Service call center.
Collaboration in the credit block and credit processes with customers and Finance Department.
Collaboration in the maintenance of customer sales area agreements in ERP system.
Collaboration in the item data maintenance process.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service is desired
Firm customer orientation, both in support and service
Strong detail-orientation and teamwork ability
Advanced or proficiency in English and Polish language
Knowledge as a user in CRM system is considered an advantage
Microsoft Office advanced user, mainly power point and excel
