We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide advice and support to our customers from the dental industry, go above and beyond customer expectations and provide an outstanding customer service experience. This role handles a complex variety of tasks, the main accountabilities involve:
Being responsible for different aspects of order management (processing, monitoring, follow-up)
Communication with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure that orders are placed correctly and on time
Communicating with customers regarding order status updates
Providing additional information regarding products, additional services, and similar
Resolve any potential customer issues and troubleshooting problems, provide appropriate solutions
Processing returns or exchanges based on customer requests or company policies
Establishing and managing positive relationships with customers
Updating customer records and maintaining several CRM systems
Working in collaboration with other departments
Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies
Most important experience and qualifications:
Previous customer service experience is welcome
Advanced proficiency in English and Italian language
Proficient computer skills including the MS Office Package
Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools is considered an advantage
