We are currently looking for professional with French and Italian to join our IoS intraoral scanner business.

Responsibilities:

  • Order handling of Direct and Indirect DEXIS IOS Solutions.

  • Regions include to Europe with primary focus on Italy and France.

  • Pre-handling of orders, verification of prices, discounts and product configurations.

  • Enter sales and purchase orders and create device configurations in SAP and/or Oracle.

  • Confirmation of delivery times for the customer and monitoring of delivery times.

  • Handling of phone calls at Customer Service call center.

  • Collaborates in the credit block and Letter of Credit processes with customers and Finance Department. 

  • Collaborates in the maintenance of customer sales area agreements in the SAP and/or Oracle ERP system.

  • Collaborates in the SAP and/or Oracle item data maintenance process.

  • Collaborates in the quality and regulatory processes (i.e. regulatory blocks). 

  • Conducts invoice rectifications requested by customers.

  • Collaborates in the warranty and RMA processes with Technical Support. 

  • Works and leverages relations with sister companies within the Group

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum three years of experience in administrative management positions within customer service department, ideally from dental, healthcare or medical device sector. 

    • Written and spoken French, Italian and English

    • Expert knowledge in ERP, focus on sales module

    • Valuable knowledge as user in CRM system 

    • Microsoft Office advanced user, mainly power point and excel

    • Solid administrative management skill

    • Strong detail-orientation and teamwork ability

    • Firm customer orientation, both in support and service.
