The Interhome Group Headquarters are located in Zurich and Interhome operates a modern Customer Experience Center with 60 multi-lingual staff from Prague, Karlin. Right now we are looking for a native French speaker with a positive attitude to join our review team. You should be willing to learn and enjoy working in a multicultural environment.

Job description

  • Translation of customer reviews from French to English language and vice versa.

  • Moderation of Interhome customer reviews.

  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders by email and phone.

  • Participation in projects as assigned by management.

  • Follow all regulatory policies and procedures, privacy and security standards in accordance with Interhome (standards policies)

  • Prioritization of daily tasks, reporting to Team lead.

  • Work with SAP, Microsoft office.

  • Cooperation with other duties as assigned by management

Skill requirements

  • Native French speaker (French language as mother tongue). Fluent English.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).

  • Ability to work independently in order to meet goals.

  • Capable of multitasking.

  • Capacity to remain calm under pressure.

  • Flexibility

  • Open minded.

  • Travel industry, customer service and/or editor experience are an advantage, but not a requirement.
