Credit Management Senior Specialist with Italian

As a Credit Management Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a ledger of accounts, coordinating customer disputes, discrepancies, and penalties resolution, and minimizing commercial losses and overdue due to disputes. You will collaborate closely with our employees, brokers, service providers, and other external parties and work together on a smooth delivery.

What will you be doing:  

• Monitor the overdue accounts

• Dispute/query management

• Proactive and reactive dunning activity (emails & calls)

• Perform account reconciliation

• Monitor customers on payment plans

• Ensure copies of documentation (invoices, credit notes, account statements…) are provided to customers

• Evaluate the credit risk and calculate credit limits for customer accounts

• Perform order block and release as required by the Credit Policy

What you'll bring:  

• High level of English and Italian knowledge (oral and written skills)  

• University degree  in Economics/Business/ Finance or 1-2 years of relevant prior experience in Finance position

• Good computer skills required: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point) / SAP is an advantage      

• Good analytical skills / Attention to detail / Punctuality / Reliability, adhere to deadlines / Highly structured and systematic approach

• Accounts Payable, General Accounting/Finance or Customer Support experience an advantage
