We are OnSinch. A Czech company that has about 20 people. We started as event producers and realized what we need for easier organization of people for our events. So we created it. After a few years we decided to offer our Software as a Service OnSinch to other companies. 

Now, we have clients in 11 countries and we want to focus on the foreign markets. That's why we are seeking sales people from Poland, Italy or Germany with native level of those languages, who can also speak English (or Czech) very well, know their market and are ready to own it and be responsible for it. 

The product is helping companies to manage workforce capacity during peak events for 10 years. From event ordering, invoicing, shift booking by the temporary staff themselves, attendance monitoring, feedback, all the way to payment and reporting.

What will you be doing?

  • Actively seek and create contacts among people in event production, including crewing, hostessing, security, catering, facility management, etc., and help them solve their pressing issues through our app. (cold calling, e-mailing) on your market of reference

  • Communicate in your mother language (PL, GE, IT) with potential clients and in English/Czech with us in the office.

  • Perform demo presentations of our product in cooperation with your manager and after a successful onboarding also on your own. 

  • Close deals and look forward to rewards. 

  • Regularly report to Vendy (Head of Sales) and David (CEO) on what's happening. 

  • Cooperate with our support department = awesome people, who know about the product everything. 

What do we expect from you?

  • Drive and a "hunter" mindset rather than caretaking existing clients.

  • Ability to navigate not only our product but also the CRM (HubSpot) and other systems we work with. 

  • Be ready to call and message people you don't know.

  • Fluent communication in English. 

  • Native German, Polish or Italian language skills. 

  • Experience in the sales process and a desire to build your own portfolio of clients. 

  • A basic network of contacts in the mentioned areas that can be further leveraged is a great advantage. 

  • After the successful onboarding be ready for occasional business travels within your reference market

  • Be a friendly and communicative person who wants to share successes and doubts and decisions with the team personally in the office. - Office based or Hybrid

  • Working from home can be arranged for 1-2 days a week.
