CONFERENZIA WORLD is an established professional conference and event organizer based in Europe.

We work closely with our delegates in organizing international conferences, bringing together experts, academia, and practitioners from a wide range of disciplines to discuss options and strategies in their individual fields.

Our international conferences aim to provide our participants with a positive experience and help them perform in their daily responsibilities while overcoming any possible challenges.

Currently, we are searching for a highly motivated and talented individual with outstanding communication and research skills, whom will be responsible for the production and development of conference program which includes speaker acquisition and topic structuring.

About the role:

• Conducting Internet-based research to gain market leads and acquire market knowledge

• Cooperating with industry experts to create conference content - agenda/brochure

• Speaking to top-level decision makers from the leading companies all over the world to find conference speakers

• Traveling across Europe to co-ordinate onsite conference

• Meeting personal and team targets

What we are looking for:

• Previous Experience is a plus

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Educated to degree level

• Outstanding communications skills

• Enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Presentation skills

• Enthusiastic, willingness to learn

• Computer Skills required: Microsoft office, Internet research
