Who are we?

NRG is a Prague-based agency that helps production music writers collect royalties they would lose otherwise. We started five years ago, but our founders from Studio Fontána have 30+ years of experience and are production music industry leaders. We are very proud of the value we bring to our artists and are on our way to being the best in the game.

Who are we looking for?

We seek a Client Success Manager to help our potential clients with onboarding. You will ensure leads understand our product and are excited about the services we offer, and once they become clients, we will have all the necessary documents we need from them. All while building and maintaining long-term friendly relationships and building your network.

What do we expect from you?

Excellent spoken and written English
Ability to build rapport with people and lead conversations
Comfortable handling numerous calls and emails weekly
Flexible availability to work with clients in different timezones
Willingness to learn and accept frequent changes to the workflow

How do we work?

Our team operates remotely with weekly hybrid meetings using Slack and Zoom/Meet tools. We plan tasks together for the week and set quarterly objectives. We offer a supportive work environment where team members can organise their own time and get the work done.
