Role Overview:
FINEPACK is an established, innovative company providing custom sustainable packaging and marketing solutions for some of the most recognizable international retail and e-commerce brands. We are expanding our Sales Team and are currently looking for a Sales Business Manager for the British market. The Sales Business Manager will focus on developing and acquiring sales opportunities for luxury retail companies and brands in the fashion, cosmetics, and jewelry sectors, as well as other segments including e-commerce and other areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive client acquisition efforts for new business.
Identify market opportunities and gather business intelligence to execute sales strategies.
Support market development initiatives to meet segment objectives.
Serve as the initial contact for key new customers.
Follow up on initial inquiries and opportunities.
Ensure the implementation of tactics aligned with market needs.
Provide operational support for key accounts.
Assist with organizing in-person and video meetings with potential clients.
Ensure seamless communication between sales and members of the operations team.
Occasionally attend vertical market events to gather new business opportunities.
Achieve and exceed monthly KPI targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:
A proactive approach to your work and a natural drive to reach your goals.
Minimum 12 months of sales experience or a recent university graduate with relevant skills and high self-motivation.
Proficiency in English language.
Knowledge of different sectors in the allocated region.
Willingness to travel a few times during the year.
Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities.
Organizational, structured thinking, and analytical skills.
Retail market knowledge and segment understanding.
Good competence level with Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and CRM systems.
